Today a new version of Workhour Tracker is available in the app store. Because of ios6 relations couldn’t be selected anymore, this is solved.
Now it’s also possible to add a note with your hours worked and when deleting a relation you have the option to remove all related hours too.

Because of ios6 WorkhourTracker (lite) won’t let you select relations anymore 
Today I updated the code and sent a new release to Apple. Normally it takes Apple about a week to review an update and make it available in the app store. The good news is that you won’t loose any data. So please be patient, an update is on the way!!
